Richard Noland started his career with Ernst & Ernst (Ernst & Young) working with SEC clients. He then went to Steego Corporation, a NYSE conglomerate.
In 1979 he was recruited to Southeast Toyota Distributors, Inc. where he held several positions including Vice President of Accounting and Vice President of Operations. His biggest accomplishment was running Southeast Industrial Equipment a forklift operation, which he grew from $18 million to $50 million in annual sales.
Since leaving JM Family he has been consulting with a variety of businesses such as a race track, health club, chemical distribution, promotional products, temp agency, background security and antiques.
