I have been working with Mo Rousso of Activate Group, Inc. for the past 18 months and have been extremely impressed with his knowledge and support. Mo has helped me identify areas of weakness in my business and provided suggestions for improvement, which has led to increased efficiency and revenue. His expertise with DISC assessments has also been invaluable in finding the right people for the right jobs when hiring. We have regular quarterly planning meetings, which help us set and track important metrics such as number of jobs booked, incoming phone traffic, and hiring quotas.

Not only is Mo knowledgeable and professional, but he has also made himself available anytime I need him and is just a call or text away. As someone who has built a successful business in a related industry, Mo has a unique perspective and has been able to offer valuable insights based on his personal experience.

I highly recommend Mo as a coach and mentor. His guidance has been invaluable in helping my business grow and improve.

Howard is a tremendous Business and Executive Coach! I've known him over the past 20 years and his insights have been life-changing to say the least. Howard combines deep listening, business wisdom and honest feedback on transformative shifts that need to happen in order to grow your business profitably. He is a fearless coach who is willing to speak the unspoken and challenge mental models and blind spots. I highly recommend Howard to entrepreneurs and business executives who desire to elevate their game!

Howard and the team at Activate Group are phenomenal to work with. They have a unique talent to take a group of executives with multiple personality types and steer the conversation in the right direction, keeping us on track to our lofty (yet realistic) company goals. His ability to keep us on track while fostering an environment of productive tension is a key to our company's success.

What they do is way way more than a "coach". I wouldn't even associate that word "coach" with the value Activate Group provides. It's really more of a partnership that they offer. Well worth it!

We have had the pleasure of working directly with Howard Shore from the Activate Group over the past 12 months. Howard provided us an approach on planning that will serve us well into the future. Lots of value and I would highly recommend his group if you are a business or organization that is growing fast and need to solidify a growth mindset and structured planning for your organization future development..
