During the twelve years she spent in the field of publishing, she earned back-to-back campaign awards and demonstrated her ability to inspire individuals at all levels of the business to tap into their full talent and contribute to the company’s growth and success.
In her work as a coach, Theresa believes in the value of communication and listening, and encourages the business leaders she works with to welcome the ideas and contribution of every member of the team.

Albert Noa has over twenty-five years of experience in Strategy Development and Execution, Human capital Management, System Design and Implementation, Performance Management and Process Improvement across various industries.
Albert has held lead and management positions with KPMG LLP and Florida Power & Light; leading Business Process Improvement projects, system implementations, and HR design and analysis efforts for clients across various industries, including several Fortune 500 organizations.
Throughout Albert’s career he has served as a trusted enabler and advisor; combining experience, communications skills and vision with a basic common sense approach in developing organizations focused on delivery, thought-leadership, process, performance and the execution of strategy. He is a regular lecturer at MSMIS, MBA and International MBA classes at various Universities and presenter at various regional and national conferences. Excelling at enabling an environment of teamwork and collaboration; Albert’s team-oriented approach allows for the open sharing of ideas, creating an inclusive and productive atmosphere.

Tristan Montanero’s experience includes an expansive career in senior management positions with his most recent position being Chief Operations Officer at Aaron’s Sales and Leasing, Georgia; a leading specialty retailer with annual revenue in excess of $1.5 Billion. He had full P&L responsibility along with steering the vision, strategy, and execution for all facets of operations in the 1000+ company-owned store locations. Throughout it all, Tristan has repeatedly proven his ability to lead through diverse and challenging situations. He is an excellent agent of change, and has a documented track record of success for developing comprehensive plans to position companies as industry leaders despite competitive market conditions. He has achieved top recognition for his efforts, including multiple "Top 5 Division of the Year" and "Regional Manager of the Year" awards, among others.

Larry has had a successful career encompassing a blend of Sales, Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain leadership experience spanning more than 35 years. On top of that, Larry earned his Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. The skillset Larry has cultivated through his professional and academic experience is as extensive as his professional achievements; he is analytical but visionary, personable but disciplined. His aptitude for achievement in diverse areas has driven his success, allowing him to hold a host of executive level positions that included CEO and ascend to the number two position in a several hundred million dollar organization..
In Larry's work as a coach, he teaches his clients to use versatility to manage people and functions, to fiercely commit to achieving their goals, and to use a team-oriented leadership style to maximize revenue and results.
In addition to his pursuit of professional success, Larry prides himself on his community service and contributions. Larry has volunteered his time coaching unemployed parishioners one-on-one not to just find jobs, but to hit the ground running in their new careers. He has also volunteered at food pantries and sat on different boards as a Member and Chairman— all while raising a family.
